1. Body Chest Measurement: Place the measuring tape horizontally over the fullest part of the chest, snug but not tight.
2. Body Waist Measurement: Measure the narrowest point above the hips.
3. Lay the waistcoat closed flat, measure from armpit to armpit, double the value – compare with the table values.
