The Eureka Mignon Silenzio is extremely silent and with its new larger 55mm diameter burrs, the Eureka can grind fairly quickly which minimizes the amount of heat the ground coffee is subjected to.

The Eureka Mignon Silenzio is a doserless grinder that grinds directly into the portafilter and with its stepless micrometrical grinding adjustment, you can easily set the precise grind required.
