• Standard Scope of Work - Maintenance and care of accessible home gardens, patios, or balcony planters. This includes pruning, watering, soil aeration, fertilization, and general plant health checks without major landscaping or structural modifications.
• Scope Assessment - The technician will inspect the garden area to assess plant conditions, soil quality, and maintenance requirements before commencing the work.
• Customer-Supplied Materials - Plants, fertilizers, soil, pots, and other gardening accessories must be provided by the customer, unless otherwise agreed.
• Access & Preparation - The customer is responsible for ensuring clear access to garden areas and removing fragile items or obstacles from the workspace. Additional preparation or heavy lifting will be quoted separately.
• Access & Approvals - The customer must arrange any required permissions from property management if the gardening work involves shared or exterior spaces.
• Limitations & Exclusions - Major landscaping, tree removal, irrigation system installation, or structural garden work is not included in the standard scope. Separate quotations will be provided for such additional work.
• Demonstration of Work - After maintenance, the technician will present the garden area to the customer, showing the completed tasks and plant health status. Any further requests beyond this demonstration will be considered out of scope.
• Additional Work & Payments - Any additional service, material, or gardening task outside the agreed scope can be availed by making an instant payment by cash or online link.

• Pricing Applicability - Pricing is applicable for the Standard Scope of Work only.
