First cut is the deepest.  

Rustic hand thrown ceramic bud vase glazed in our own version of Alberta Slip Oatmeal.  Glaze fires an earthy satin-matte ochre brown with random organic black spots and the occasional blushes of shimmer.   Gloss white shimmer liner and polished unglazed lip.  Hand carved sides.  It is about 5.125 inches high, has approximately a 2 inch mouth and is 3.25 inches at its widest.  Pottery and ceramics made by Nathan Cearley for Species by the Thousands here in the Catskills region.
