Zorjan’s Sauvignon has a stunning still high acidity with mineral and grapefruit notes, it is grassy and juicy. This one is very special, open it a day in advance to perfectly enjoy it. 

Hand-picked grapes ferment in amphorae (Dolium) up to one year, around the first harvest Zorjan transfers the wine into barrels, where the wine gets more time to rest and is clarified by the natural force of gravity.
