Is assembly required? +
No. The Elite Travel Rollator HD comes ready to use right out of the box. Simply remove it from the packaging, unfold, and adjust the handle height.
Who should use the HD Rollator? +
The HD Rollator is intended for individuals weighing between 200 and 500 lbs who can manage a 30 lb heavy-duty rollator. For smaller users, we recommend the Elite Travel Rollator which weighs only 14.5 lbs and supports up to 250 lbs.
How does it compare to other bariatric rollators? +
The patented EZ Fold-N-Go technology allows the Heavy Duty Rollator to fold three times smaller than the average bariatric rollator, making it the most compact and portable bariatric rollator in the world!
How large is the seat and is it adjustable? +
The seat measures 21″ wide by 10″ deep and is fixed in height at 22″. It is not adjustable.
How do I adjust the brakes? +
To adjust the brakes, turn the adjustment barrel at the bottom of the cable until the brake lever is close to the wheel. The brake lever should be close enough to engage securely while still allowing the wheel to spin freely. Refer to the instruction manual for step-by-step details.
What accessories come with the HD Rollator? +
The Elite Travel Rollator HD comes with multiple storage accessories, including a faux-leather two-pocket organizer pouch and a hanging basket. Additional accessories are available to purchase separately.

Congratulations on your purchase of a Stander product! We hope it enhances your daily living. Please read the following warranty information for your protection.
Coverage
Stander, Inc. warrants to the original purchaser that this product will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for one (1) year from the date of purchase. During this period, Stander will repair or replace, at no charge, any part found to be defective in material or workmanship.
The original purchaser must prepay all shipping costs to return the product for inspection or repair. Any replacement parts provided under this warranty will be new and are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period or thirty (30) days from the date of shipment — whichever is longer.
To file a claim, the original purchaser must notify Stander, Inc. in writing during the warranty period, describing the defect in materials or workmanship. This warranty is non-transferable and applies only under normal use.
Note: Shipping charges are non-refundable.
