Stuffed Peppers are a colorful and delicious dish that takes advantage of pepper season. First, large and juicy multicolored peppers are sliced in half and emptied. Then, they are filled with a unique filling made by combining ground beef, rice, cream cheese, and chili sauce. Each pepper is individually filled with the mixture. Finally, they are topped with sauce and sprinkled with mozzarella cheese before being frozen for baking at your convenience. If you prefer a vegetarian option, grab the black bean stuffed peppers, which substitutes beans instead of ground beef. 

Each regular order comes with 6 peppers and each small comes with 3.
