Candymen
Description:
A masterpiece by the Candymen, the roots of the Atlanta Rhythm Section! The roots of the Atlanta Rhythm Section, known as one of the three greats of Southern Rock along with the Allman Brothers Band and Leonard Skinard, can be traced back to the Classics Four and the Candymen. Originally formed as Roy Orbison's backing band, they made their debut on ABC Records with "Midori-no-Kinoko Georgia," which was released by James Gang. They were a talented group with a career forged in sessions with Orbison and others, and the ability to create original works. Their debut album (1967) has been happily reissued!
