Join us for an evening of analogue creativity and high-quality tea at Moychay Amsterdam. Whether you have a specific story to tell or just want to get your hands messy with paper and glue — this workshop is a space to slow down and create.

What is a Zine?
A zine is a self-published booklet—a DIY medium for expression that anyone can make! The format has no rules. You can make a zine out of a single piece of paper or many; it can have words, illustrations, collages, or all of the above.

What to expect:
The facilitator is a Graphic Design student at ArtEZ, and will be sharing her professional tips on layout, folding, and visual storytelling. We will start from scratch — no prior experience is needed. We will share ideas, talk through concepts, and the facilitator helps you find a topic that excites you. 

Materials:
Everything is provided (paper, scissors, markers, etc.), but feel free to bring your own special pens, stickers, or magazines if you have them.

The Vibe: Relaxed, intentional, and inspiring. We’ll enjoy a tea ceremony as we work. Come as you are, leave with your very own self-published zine and new friends!
