Rhine Hall produces three distinct tropical eau de vies: Mango, Guava & Pineapple. For each, the fruit is pureed, fermented in stainless steel tanks topped with a cloth to inhibit air flow & double distilled in a stainless steel pot still. Each fruit has a unique preparation prior to fermentation. The mango ‘meat’ is separated from the skin and pit.
Tasting Notes - Bright, ripe mango and stone fruit on the nose. On the palate, mango skin, apple, melon rind and starfruit.
