Active ingredient: Dichlorvos (DDVP 500 g/L) EC

General information
Pioneer®️ is strong poisonous to agricultural pests with stomach, contact and respiration action. It is cholinesterase inhibitor. It gives rapid knockdown. Pioneer®️ is an organophosphate agricultural insecticide - acaricide widely used in developing countries. It has been used widely for control of agricultural pests.

Principal Uses:
Pioneer®️ controls: Sucking and chewing insects and spider mites in a wide range of crops, including fruit trees, vegetables, rice, wheat, maize, cotton, coffee, tea, cocoa, banana, plantain, yam, cassava, tobacco, sugarcane ...etc. It is effective against aphids, spider mites, thrips caterpillars and white flies. It can is non-phytotoxic when used as directed.

Direction of use:
Ensure that the sprayer is properly and correctly calibrated before use. Shake the container before use. Half fill the sprayer with clean `water and add the recommended quantity of Pioneer®️ . Agitate during the completion of filling. If Pioneer®️ remains in the container, replace the cap tightly after use.

NB: The volume of water to cover one ha is 400 liters of clean water. The sprayer should be well calibrated to assure uniform coverage

Compatibility: Pioneer®️ is not compatible with alkaline materials, Chinomethionat, and Dichlofluanid.

Protective Precautions:
Avoid contact with eyes, skin, clothing and breathing vapours. Wear protective clothing, gloves and goggles. Do not drink, eat or smoke tobacco during application. Wash the used equipment and bathe after application.

First aid:
If contaminated with skin or clothing, take off contaminated clothes and rinse skin with plenty of water. If inhaled, move the person to fresh air. If the person is not breathing, give artificial respiration. If swallowed, induce vomiting and drink plenty of water. Seek medical attention.

Handling and storage caution:
Do not store near food, fed or drinking water, store in dry, well-ventilated area below 30 degree Celsius.

Disposal of the pesticides' empty containers:
Wastes should be disposed off in a landfill approved for pesticide disposal.
