Each steel laser cut piece is precision bent and powder coated for a quality fit. Timbren designs hollow rubber springs to provide graduated spring rates. In other words, the more weight you push down on the rubber spring, the harder it will be to prevent the rear end from sagging. Whether you're pulling a trailer or carrying heavy loads in the bed of your truck, the hollow rubber springs automatically adjust to keep your vehicle level at all times. This SES suspension upgrade replaces the Jance stop on the frame. Its unique design provides superior running quality - loading or unloading (1/2 inch to 1-1/2 inch between the rubber spring and axle to ensure unloading running quality) (there must be a gap). Unlike other auxiliary spring systems, SES suspension upgrades ensure the best of both worlds. FR1504E replaces the rear suspension bumper stop on 2015-2021 Ford F-150 2WD and 4WD pickup truck models. This kit has a weight capacity of 600 lbs. Despite adding this upgrade and increasing the spring rate, the GVWR (Gross Vehicle Weight Rating) does not increase. *Make sure the load does not exceed the manufacturer's GVWR.
