The RBB80 Double Roller Bearing Block is designed for high load, dynamic applications. Made with top quality materials like machined black anodised aluminium and Torlon® roller bearings, it ensures durability and performance under all conditions. 

The marine grade stainless shaft is swiveling but can be fixed in 0° or 90° position with a set screw. It is hollow and chamfered to reduce weight and the shackle is optimized with a ø6 mm body and ø8 mm pin. All to reduce weight but maintain strength. Acetal thrust bearings stabilize the sheave when subjected to side loads.
