The BIG97 Tri-Power is available in regular OE finish, Chrome, Black & Chrome and Barn Find - all from stock. Cable choke and LZ-style 'push-throttle' options are also available to special order.

55% more airflow
BIG97s make 55% more airflow than regular 97s - 750cfm for the Tri-Power, making it the perfect bolt-on for your small block Chevy or Ford. Cruise economically on the center Primary, then punch in the secondaries when you step on the gas.

New power valve circuits improve fuel conditioning
Feeding top end enrichment directly into the emulsion tubes, the BIG97 Primary significantly improves fuel conditioning for more top end HP on less fuel.

New 'early plenum effect' boosts top end power
All three carbs allowing all cylinders to draw from both barrels giving you dual-plane drivability with a single-plane style top end horsepower.

Ported distributor vacuum
Switch in the brass plug (supplied) and connect your distributor to improve combustion efficiency in cruising mode. You'll run smoother and cooler, with more torque and better fuel mileage.

BIG S-jet twin-ball inlet valve
BIG97s accepts big diameter 5/16" hard line (regular 97s take only 1/4in line). BIG style Ford nut compression firings are available, and all our regular Stromberg fuel fittings - hose ends and banjos - all fit.

Everything that makes the Genuine Stromberg 97 so popular is built into the all-new BIG97 Tri-Power. From the cast iron base to the reinforced air horn casting and everything in between. Note: As with regular new 97s, original hand throttle parts are not included.
