The 92nd Division "Buffalo Soldiers" was created for the American Expeditionary Force in 1917 out of African American soldiers from across the United States. Its name derived from the name given to African American cavalrymen by Native Americans in the 19th century. During WW1 the "Buffaloes" fought under American command in the Meuse-Argonne Offensive.
For the 100th anniversary of America's entry into WW1, we're keeping history alive with an exclusive line of WW1-inspired shirts like this one. We went to the Library of Congress to source original material and remade each design by hand - sometimes even referencing old patches and material from our Great Grandfathers.
