Important Installation Note: Measuring Cable Length

To ensure this 10-foot kit is correct for your boat, measure your existing cable from the threaded nut at the helm to the center of the engine connection, then add approximately 6 inches for the rack travel. If your old cable has a part number stamped on the plastic jacket (usually near the helm), it will typically end in "10" for a 10-foot cable.
