Polyglaze® 400FR/400FR-C/400FR-SC is an aliphatic, two component, liquid applied, moisture cured, polyurethane coating.
Polyglaze 400FR series is a fire-rated, aliphatic, two-component, liquid-applied, moisture-cured polyurethane topcoat designed for use in exposed waterproof coating systems. It is formulated for environments requiring UV stability, fire resistance, and durability for vehicular and pedestrian traffic.
This topcoat is used as the final layer in a polyurethane waterproofing or traffic coating system. It is typically applied over a base coat such as Polycoat-Aquatight, Polycoat-PC260, or Polycoat-PC220, and may require a primer (such as Polyprime U) if recoating beyond 48 hours. An optional additive, Polyglaze Hardener, can be used to accelerate cure.
Ideal for use over concrete and plywood substrates exposed to vehicular or heavy pedestrian traffic. It can be applied on-grade if moisture vapor transmission testing is conducted. Commonly used in balconies, parking decks, walkways, and rooftop terraces.
