All of our beef is vacuum sealed to lock in freshness for the long term. Our processing dates are scheduled throughout August. All beef is dry-aged for a minimum of 21 days to ensure peak flavor. Once your deposit is placed, we’ll reach out to arrange a shipping or pickup date that works best for you.
