Vintage Doctor Who Holiday Special 1974  - Featuring Jon Pertwee A The Dr - Very Good Condition - Ultra Rare Highly Collectable Magazine. Released by Polystyle Publications in the summer of 1974 and was the second of the Holliday Specials. The second Doctor Who Holiday Special, published by Polystyle who held the Dr Who comic strip license at the time. The contents includes articles, quizzes, crosswords and pin-ups from the TV show, as well as three new comic strips, Doomcloud, Perils in Paris and Who's Who, the first of which was the debut of TV companion Sarah Jane Smith in the comics, plus a reprint of part of the Dalek Chronicles, Power Play, which had originally appeared in the TV21 Comics. The magazine is in good condition over all, which is amazing considering its over 50 years old. The front and back covers are nice and bright, but does have some wear and some minor tearing along the edges and some creases on the cover. The spline is also in good condition, but again has some wear running all the way down and the covers have torn away from the staples. Internally the magazine is in very good condition, all 48 pages are present and attached, they are clean and bright without any markings or writing on any page, other than the crossword has been very neatly completed in pen.
