Ubbink's Aqua Phos Adsorber pond water treatment is a liquid pond water care product that effectively reduces the phosphate content of pond water and prevents algae from feeding and growing.

Along with carbon and nitrogen, phosphate is the nutrient and the limiting growth factor for algae. Algae cannot grow without phosphate. Food waste, fish waste, leaves, pollen, etc. all contribute to phosphate in ponds. When levels are too high and your pond plants can no longer absorb phosphate, algae begin to grow. The Aqua Phos Adsorber removes this unwanted nutrient from the water.

Note : Aqua Phos Adsorber should be used when the phosphate content of the pond water is higher than 0.035 mg/L.
