Pumpkin Pie Spice Mix / Mixed Spice

Pumpkin Pie Spice, also known as Pumpkin Spice, is an American spice mix, similar to the Mixed Spice or Pudding Spice in the United Kingdom. It is generally a blend of ground Cinnamon (dominant flavour), Nutmeg, Ginger and Cloves; 4 spices with a potent and refreshing aroma. Ours contain Ceylon Cinnamon in place of Cassia, offering more benefits over the regular variety. 

There are so many uses to this spice blend apart from sprinkling over a pumpkin pie or pudding. It is often used in baking, or to complement fruits or other sweet foods. It can be used to amp up the flavour and aroma of breakfast recipes such as oat meal. It can also be used with coffee grounds, or on a Pumpkin Spice Latte (Just Like Starbucks!).
