Why Slow-Milled?

Unlike factory-milled atta that’s processed fast and hot, our traditional windmill grinds wheat at a low temperature.

That means:

• Natural oils stay intact, so rotis are softer and more flavorful
• Nutrients like fiber and B vitamins remain in the flour
• No heat-burned taste, no rubbery dough

What to Expect

• Soft, puffed rotis, consistently
• Chakki-style texture with a brownish hue
