How does it work?

This is a unique combination of herbs. vitamins, and minerals. Chaste tree supports regular cycles, pre-menstrual balance, and muscle relaxation. Milk thistle supports estrogen balance and Withania helps to balance out stress-induced hormonal changes. Ginkgo supports healthy blood flow to the pelvic area. Magnesium supports pelvic comfort, B6 supports healthy mood and balanced hormones and zinc supports skin health and helps with normal blood sugar balance and cravings.

Directions

Adults: 1 capsule daily or as directed.

Precautions and Contraindications: 

• Clinician PMT Cycle Balance is best not taken in conjunction with progesterone drugs and hormone replacement therapy due to the Chaste tree content.
• Due to Ginkgo content, individuals about to undergo surgery are advised to stop taking Clinicians PMT Cycle Balance 5-7 days prior to surgery. 

Pregnancy and Breastfeeding:

• Suitable in pre-conception but discontinue when pregnant or breastfeeding. 

Side Effects:

• Clinicians PMT Cycle Balance is generally considered well-tolerated. Chaste tree has been associated with an itchy rash, however, this side effect is considered rare.

Drug Interaction:

• Avoid taking with anticoagulant, antiplatelet and anticonvulsant medications. Stop taking 5-7 days prior to surgery.
