Brooklyn New York- a street view in the 80"s. The glow of the setting sun makes a perfect setting for Brooklyn New York's architecture. I captured  this scene as I drove to my home one evening. For this collagraph I used a rainbow roll to capture the colors of the sky at dusk while the buildings made a striking contrast against it. The cars will change, the street banner is already experiencing decay, but these brownstones exhibit a strength of presence and timelessness that speaks to their permanence since the turn of the century.
