Rangate Interior/Exterior Door Set
R1D002 (Mortise &Tenon)

This shaper door set tool for making the stile and rail of interior or exterior doors. The included profile is "slant" or profile #2 (P2), and the finish stock thickness at 1-3/4" with tool bore at 1-1/4". The 2" and 2-1/4" material thicknesses can be adapted along with three (3) additional profiles with an additional purchase of insert knives. The required spacers are already included with the set for different setups.

• This R1D002 door set is for Mortise & Tenon Joinery without the rebate tool elements.
• Alternatively, the R1D008 door set includes the additional rebate tool elements (discs) for Dowel/Biscuit in addition to the Mortise & Tenon Joinery. (Dowel drilling and biscuit slot tools are excluded.) Growing with your needs is the key to these toolsets. Only spend more when you have the projects. • Alternative R1D008: 1-1/4" (for Mortise & Tenon Joinery + Rebate Elements for Dowel Joinery)

• R1D002: 1-1/4" Bore Mortise & Tenon Joinery for 1-3/4" material thickness and Profile 2 (Slant) but we can readily ship with other configurations.
• Alternative R1D008: Complete Mortise & Tenon tools, plus rebate elements for Dowel/Biscuit Joinery. (Dowel Drilling and Biscuit Slot tools are excluded.)
