Precision-machined for a direct-fit with 1/2" NPT valves, thermometers, or hose barbs, it includes heavy-duty food-grade silicone seals for a 100% leak-proof experience.
Brewery Installation Note: This bulkhead requires a 7/8" hole in your kettle wall, easily made with a step-drill bit. Ensure the silicone gaskets are seated perfectly on both sides of the wall before tightening. Use high-quality PTFE tape on all NPT threads to ensures a gas-tight and liquid-tight seal. The 304SS construction is safe for boiling wort and all standard brewery sanitizers.
