About: Our Organic full fat Coconut Milk is an all-natural product sourced from the fresh meat of organic Coconuts grown in certified organic farms of Sri Lanka. The oil-rich extract obtained from Coconut meat is mixed with filtered water to obtain unsweetened Coconut milk. Due to its fat content (17%), Coconut milk can be used as a dairy replacement in numerous recipes such as curries, soups, sauces, desserts and beverages. Organic Coconut milk is also hydrating due to its naturally occurring electrolytes and healthy fats that help the digestive organs function properly. This helps the gut metabolize fat, remove waste from the body, and prevent gut-related ailments such as IBS. Even though studies have been carried out to find a substitute for Coconut milk, There is no identified Coconut milk substitute which can provide the same nutrient profile of raw organic Coconuts.

Shake well before using. Once the can is opened, refrigerate remianing contents on a separate container and consume within 3-4 days.

Note: Our organic canned Coconut milk is a 100% natural product which does not contain any artificial additives or preservatives. Without additives, separation of Coconut milk is normal. To reverse separation, place the can in a bowl of hot water. As cream warms and softens, stir it well to restore its smooth consistency.
