The Heavy Limb Treehouse Attachment Bolt (HL TAB) is the bigger, badder version of a Standard Limb TAB. The HL TAB has a 1 3/4" 4140 heat treated steel shank with a mild steel 3" diameter boss hydraulically pressed on to fit. It may eclipse the load capacity of a standard TAB by up to three times.*

We use the HL TAB in tandem with custom hardware and our HL versions of the DUA and SUA brackets. It can also be used with a HL suspension system.  This massively strong TAB requires an HL Pilot Bit Combo and a 1 3/8" x 18" auger bit, so make sure to order the appropriate accessories. 

This is serious hardware for a serious treehouse project. As with all our hardware, when installed and used correctly, HL TABs are quite tree-friendly.
