The brand focuses on minimalism and quality and aims to make good design accessible to everyone. The ‘glas’ element of the brand’s name refers to the sapphire glass lens that is built into every watch that the brand creates. Fontaine chose this name for his brand to honour the strong history of German watchmaking. Despite being a relatively new name in the watch industry, Sternglas is a very well-respected brand that creates high-quality timepieces.
