2) We do standard size, plus size or custom made size. custom made size,does not support return or exchange.

3) Dress back=lace up or zipper.

4) If you need an emergency, please let us know the date we need, we will arrange the production and transportation for you in advance.

It usually takes 7 to 13 days to make dresses.

Standard logistics transportation generally takes 10-15,15-20 working days,depending on the region.

The fast channel transportation time is about 4 to 6 weekdays, 8 to 12 weekdays, depending on the region.

Products in stock can be shipped on the same day.

If you need an emergency, please choose fast shipping channels（DHL,UPS, FedEx,Aramex） , other types of transportation are very slow.

-Item will be couriered from China to your address. We may fold the gown inside out to protect the beading or lacing.

-Before shipment we will do a careful examination, tried to be no problems.But if the you get the goods found problems, please contact with us, we will help you properly addressed.

-It is required that the item or dresses should be returned to us within 3 days after the return request is accepted.
