Do these lights come with bulbs?

Bulbs are not included with these assemblies. You'll need to source replacement bulbs separately and transfer them from your old lights or purchase OEM-spec bulbs for your Civic.

Will I need any mounting hardware to install these?

These mount directly at the factory mounting points using your existing hardware. If your OEM fasteners are damaged or missing, you may need replacement bolts—check your vehicle's service manual for the correct specs.

Can I paint or modify these before installation?

The red and clear finish is set as-is. Any painting, sanding, or modification should be test-fitted first to ensure fitment isn't compromised before you commit to permanent changes.
