1950's black velour cocktail hat. Asymmetrical styling, dropping lower on the right side, with the front and sides covered with long velour fringe. The fringe curls inward framing the face and is dotted with 3 clear glue on rhinestones. Wired edges for security, wrapped in a narrow band of grosgrain.

Lovely condition showing little to no age or wear.

No size is indicated but given the styling most any size head could wear this. Measuring on the outside, side to side is 12 inches and front to back is 9 inches.
