Each 100kg stack allows smooth progression with optional 2.5kg increments, while clearly labelled selector pins and visual instructions ensure ease of use.

The included accessory pack enhances workout variety and consists of two ankle straps, two straight curl bars, two stirrup handles, and two TrakHandle Sport attachments – providing a truly adaptable and inclusive training solution for all users.
