Striking dress in a bold black on green polkadot print with batwing sleeves and a button down front. There is a small, pointy, fold down collar and an elastic waist band that cinches the torso. The large hip pockets are cut to resemble a peplum and drape dramatically in lovely swoops. Unlined.
