Appears to be handmade, possibly in Japan. Features an exquisite fishnet and sunflower-like pattern, slightly flared 3/4 sleeves, no side seam and no closure. There are some small, loose threads throughout, but nothing unraveling. Garment is sturdy, well-constructed and in a lovely condition, overall. Material is rather stiff and coarse, almost rope-like. Despite this texture, garment sits lightly on the body and is more comfortable than would be expected.
