Rendered in the most breathtaking floral pattern, in shades of blue, grey and white, this original 1950's cotton full circle dress, is the perfect piece to welcome the warmer weather with.

The straight cut neckline of the dress, sets off the elasticated shoulder seams. The short length insert sleeves, draw up along each external side with drawstrings, creating subtle pleats whilst shortening the length, these can be fastened in delicate side bows. The fitted bodice, is accented by tailored darts along the bust and front of the bodice, drawing the eye to the fitted waistline. The waistline is accented by a matching fabric belt, lined in blue cotton, which can be worn tied to the front or along the back of the dress. The belt, concealed the drawn in pleats along the waistline, which accent the full circle cut of the dress. This dress has been photographed with a medium petticoat for added volume, this is not included within the listing.

Closures: This dress fastens along the side seam with a 10 inch metal zip. 

Condition: This dress is in near perfect vintage condition, with gentle colour fading along the waist belt and subtle yellowing. Please refer to the photographs as they form part of the condition report. 

Washing instructions: This garment should be dry cleaned or hand washed in cool water.
